Driving real impact through healthcare in Gurugram

A Free Health Check-Up Camp was organized in Gurugram in collaboration with The Signature Hospital and Sanjivni Samaj Kalyan Foundation, led by Founder Mrs. Chandani Dubey. This initiative focused on addressing real healthcare gaps at the grassroots level and ensuring accessible medical support for the community. General health check-ups, blood pressure screening, blood sugar testing, and doctor consultations were provided to residents, helping identify underlying health concerns at an early stage.
