Menstrual health awareness is not just education, it is empowerment

With the support of the Menstrupedia Book, a menstrual awareness session was conducted at Bechari Dodivada Prathamik School under the CSR initiative of KK Bhedru Charitable Trust.
In many rural communities, girls are still not fully aware of menstrual hygiene, body changes, and how to manage this natural phase with confidence. Silence, myths, and lack of guidance often lead to fear and confusion.

This session aimed to create a safe and open space where girls could learn, ask questions, and understand menstruation without hesitation.
